Otter Tail Power Company has partnered with Online Resources to provide you the option to pay your bill using your credit card, debit card, checking, or savings account. Payments may be made online or by phone. Keep this number, 800-729-7427, in your wallet to make payments easily when traveling.
TermsOnline Resources charges a $3.25 convenience fee for each transaction made through its COLLECTpay service. Otter Tail Power Company does not receive any portion of that fee.When you make a payment you will receive a confirmation number. Keep this as proof of payment. A $350 payment limit applies to each transaction. To pay more than $350 requires additional transactions and fee charges. Payments made prior to 3:45 p.m. Central Time each business day are posted to that evening. Payments made after that time or on weekends and holidays will post during the evening of our next business day. The payment and convenience fee will appear on your credit/debit card or checking account statement as "OTP bill paid with eCom" and a single combined total amount. |
